Join us for The College Advantage Ivy League program in New York City, and you’ll spend weekends exploring spectacular cultural and entertainment destinations after touring top college campuses. You’ll eat at the most popular NYC restaurants and visit can’t-miss destinations and attractions. We promise an unforgettable summer preparing for your college career and participating in amazing adventures!

During your stay, you will never have a dull moment! Your home in New York, Lincoln Center, sits adjacent to the stunning Central Park where you can take a stroll, toss a Frisbee or take a relaxing nap in the city’s biggest park. Times Square allows you to be a part of the audience, from live tv filmings to live concerts and more. Check out Fifth Avenue, NYC’s shopping capital, for a wide range of shops like Niketown, Louis Vuitton, Banana Republic and more. NYC is always full of life, from theater to parks to museums, there will always be something to fit your interests.

Freedom-of-Choice Activities

The College Advantage students will sign up for daily and evening activity options (called Freedom-of-Choice), and staff will be assigned to those activities to facilitate and assist each student during his or her time on the program.

Empire State Building– Check out the most stunning views from the top of this 102-story building towering over NYC!

Statue of Liberty– Lady Liberty, symbolizing democracy and hope, stands tall guarding the entrance to the New York Harbor since 1886.

High Line– Need an outdoor fix? This once elevated railway is now an urban park boasting gardens, interactive art, cafe and amazing views of the city and river.

Rockefeller Center– Home to NBC Studios and Radio City Music Hall, this memorable center with satisfy your shopping desires with more than 100 stores!

Central Park– Take a deep breath in and stroll through this relaxing 843 acre park!

Times Square– This legendary landmark of the Big Apple is a hub for Broadway’s famous theaters, shops,  restaurants and of course, the ball drop on NYE.

Smorgasburg– Come with an appetite! The Smorgasburg is one of the most popular spots in Brooklyn showcasing over 100 local food vendors every weekend!

First-Rate Rec Facilities

You’ll have access to state-of-the-art workout facilities and plenty of other athletic and recreational options during your stay. You can lace up your running shoes for a jog in Central Park, hit one of the top-notch gyms to pump some iron, or get moving on an elliptical trainer. Outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming pools and plenty of other options are sure to keep you active and busy. Of course, a game of touch football or a little Frisbee is always a campus classic.  Just make sure to pack your workout gear — it’s going to be a very active summer!
